If photography was part of your experience (or added as an upgrade), we’ll send you edited photos after the tour — usually within a few days.
Yes — we’re happy to suggest spots nearby or help with a reservation if you’re unsure where to go next.
Before You Book
Currently, all tours are offered in English. Some guides also speak German or other languages — just let us know when you book.
Yes — within reason. We’re flexible with timing, stops, and even the type of experience, as long as we have enough notice.

We recommend reaching out at least a few days ahead. That said, we’ll always try to make things work, even on short notice.
Yes. Every tour we offer is private — just for you and your group. We don’t mix you with other travelers.
Booking & Payments
Tipping is not required, but always appreciated if you enjoyed the tour. Most guests tip €10–€20 per person for excellent guiding.
You can cancel up to 48 hours before the tour for a full refund. If something unexpected comes up, just let us know — we’re human too.
Not for most bookings. We only ask for prepayment to confirm your guide and time slot.
Once your tour is confirmed, we’ll send a secure payment link via email. Payment is due before the tour date.

Most tours last around 3–4 hours, but every tour is tailored. If you have a tight schedule (or want more time), just let us know.
We usually meet you right at your hotel or Airbnb, as long as it’s near the Old Town. If not, we’ll suggest an easy meeting point.
